The crust recipe is along with the pie filling recipe in the recipe card. You can find a decent premade frozen vegan pie crust at Whole Foods. They also have pre-formed pie shells at Aldi that are vegan. You can use that as the bottom and top it with a crumble topping to make it super easy.

I have never tried to make a sweet and sour sauce, but this 1st attempt was a home run with my husband and my son they always prefer take out but this was perfect for sweet and sour chicken with streamed rice. Thanks .
