Easy Vegan Pesto

It's so easy to make your own homemade vegan pesto & makes just about everything taste better.  Use it as a sauce on pasta or to add extra flavor to soups, sandwiches, stir-fries or tofu scrambles.

Put all of the ingredients into a food processor except for the oil.

Turn on the food processor & slowly add half of the oil. Stop & scrape the edges, then blend again slowly adding the remaining oil.

Store in an airtight container or freeze.

Whenever you have fresh basil you can make a big batch & freeze it so you always have some on hand.

Serve over pasta or add extra flavor to soups, sandwiches, stir-fries, or tofu scrambles.
