Teriyaki Noodles

These vegan teriyaki noodles are a quick, easy healthy meal.  They taste great either hot or cold so they work well for picnics, potlucks & meal prep.

Add sesame oil & sliced onion to wok. Sprinkle with salt & cook until slightly translucent. Add remaining vegetables stirring frequently until tender.

Add cooked noodles & additional sesame oil & toss all together.

Pour teriyaki sauce over the veggies & noodles, toss again. Garnish with sesame seeds & green onions.

Add some protein & make it a heartier meal by adding some crispy friend tofu!
